Rosewood Scrub Historical Society Inc.

Welcome to the Rosewood Scrub Historical Society Inc.

Our aim is to collect and record items of interest in order to preserve the history and heritage of this region.   We have an extensive collection of old photographs, maps and newspapers, a reference library containing many local and family histories, and an award-winning dairy, carefully restored and housing original agricultural tools.

We have recently investigated the history of German settlement in this area. You can view a selection of our latest publication German Settlement in the Rosewood Scrub: A Pictorial History.

We are also able to conduct research into many of the families from this area. Go to our services page for more information.
